Go-getter entrepreneur, Fanny has built three companies that now serve a global audience. She started her first company in 2016, Swiss Escape, which is a coliving and coworking in the Swiss Alps. It provides remote entrepreneurs and employees with accommodation, working facilities and a community of like-minded professionals. Over the years, she’s welcomed entrepreneurs from all over the world, and all sorts of industries and backgrounds. Being surrounded by a community of high achievers gave her the inspiration to think bigger and develop the business further.

In early 2021, she founded Swiss Escape Incubator whose mission is to inspire and empower young professionals to create purpose-driven projects and businesses.

With the Incubator, she provides expertise on business strategies and mindset work. She helps her clients overcome their fears of starting a company or a new project, while guiding them with the tools and technics to define who they are serving, what their product or service looks like, and how they can get paid working on something they love.

There is nothing that lights her up more than helping someone transform their life by discovering that they are able to put their passion at the center of their career and make a living with it.

She loves collaborating on all topics related to entrepreneurship, digital nomadism, self-development and businesses that make a positive impact for the planet and the people.

When she is not in the mountains walking in the woods and thinking about her next big idea, she is travelling to nomad hotspots, meeting entrepreneurs and being inspired by the new place. She believes in slow travel, connecting with people and getting inspired from nature.

In her talk, she will shed light on what it takes to bring a project to life. She developed a process that helps a person turn her dreams into a business. Working with dozens of clients, she’s realized that the number one obstacle to creating a new project is the fear of failing. She’ll talk about how to take risks even when we are scared, and how we can turn our fears into successes.
